Hampshire Surrey West Sussex
Horsell Common
Horsell Common has a mixture of landscapes, all of which can be explored on this walk. You will find yourself crossing rivers, wetlands, meadows, woodland and sandy heath. The walk starts and finishes at Heather Farm Cafe which overlooks the wetlands. Children will love playing at the huge natural sandpit half-way around.
Blackbushe Airport
Children can watch the planes coming an going from the viewing areas at Blackbushe airport and then embark on a walk or cycle around the disused runways adjacent to Yateley Common.
St. Helens Duver
Our first Isle of Wight walk to feature on the website, this walk is perfect for those dreaming of sandy bays, cool rockpools and seaside cafes. It leaves from St. Helens Duver, which is easily accessed by bus from the Hovercraft terminal in Ryde.
Selhurst Park
A pretty patch of pink poppies is intersected by the footpath on this walk through the countryside near Chichester. To get the kids excited, you can easily add on a trip to The Milk Hut and their self-service milkshake vending machine!
South Gorley
Meet the animals at Hockey’s Farm Shop & Café, a family run business in the New Forest, before embarking on a circular walk across the heath with views over Chibden Bottom.
Street Croft Farm
Street Croft Farm, between Alton and Basingstoke, is a working farm with farm shop and café. Kids can see a wide range of farm animals before starting our walk where you will find bluebells and golden fields of rapeseed.
